She was born in China, raised in Hong Kong, and received her B.A. from University of California at Berkeley, Dip.Ed. from University of Hong Kong.  She has held over 10 solo exhibitions in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Vancouver, Taipei, Toronto, Montreal, Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis.  She has participated in numerous major group exhibitions in China and abroad.  A recipient of several art awards; a Founding Member of Artists Abroad in 1996; a Visiting Artist at University of Indianapolis in 2001; an Examiner for Hong Kong Arts Development Council (1999-2023); Past Chairman of the Hong Kong University Museum Society (2009-2014); Past President of the Zonta Club of Hong Kong (2010-2012); a Juror for open art competitions in Hong Kong organized by the Home Affairs Department since (2002-now).  Bonnie has worked with interior designers & fashion designers on various projects; curated exhibitions; and edited art publications. 

她畢業於美國加省大學及香港大學教育文憑，曾在歐美進修藝術。歷年個展於香港、深圳、溫哥華、台北、多倫多、滿地可、墨爾本、雪梨、三藩市、洛杉磯、印弟安那波里市。入選第十屆全國美展獲獎展、第九、十、十一屆全國美展港澳台展、第六屆全國藝術節、第一至四屆深圳國際水墨雙年展、中國首屆粉畫展、全國首屆小幅水彩畫展、首屆傅抱石獎南京水墨傳媒三年展、第二屆李劍晨獎水彩雙年展、第六至八屆全國水彩粉畫展、中國百年水彩畫展覽、第二屆台北當代水墨雙年展。獲美國三藩市、洛杉磯政府頒發榮譽狀。曾任美國印第安那波里大學客座畫家(2001)、前美國Superstock藝術公司畫家、香港大學博物館學會主席(2009-2014)、香港崇德社會長(2010-2012) 、香港藝術發展局評審員(1999-2023)、全港青年學藝中西繪畫組評判(2002-現在)、香港海外藝術家會創會會員(1996成立)。曾主編藝術攝影集、策劃畫展、製作壁畫作品、以及與則師、室內設計師、時裝設計合作，繪畫酒店、家居、時裝及藝術品等。

​關天穎深信藝術與生命本是一體，渾然天成。她以斑斕的色彩揮灑詩意，用形態譜寫樂章，讓每一筆觸都成為向蒼穹的輕聲禱告。創作對她而言，是一場心靈的淬煉，將生命中的點點滴滴昇華成永恆，挑戰著自我，超越著界限。這是一場無垠的心靈探索，每一件作品都訴說著一段情深意摯的故事，是她與造物主的心靈對話，是她對天地萬物、眾生百態、至美至善的虔誠禮讚。
Artist's Statement

Bonnie believes that art is life and life is art.  Colours and forms are the alphabets of her poetry, musical notes of her songs, whispers of her prayers.  In the act of creating, all her life experiences are filtered, spirit refined, abilities challenged beyond previous knowledge.  It is a true adventure without boundaries.  The artwork is merely a memoir of a journey of love, communication with God, appreciation of nature, humanity and beauty.
